I agree to a certain extent. If we travel down the rabbit’s hole that is epistemology, however, then there are many that argue 100% certainty is impossible, even in the ‘hardest’ of sciences. We need only consider the Heisenberg Uncertainty Principle and related Observer Effect for some insight here. I would argue that within the context I am using it in my post (predicting the future of human complex societies) uncertainty is most certain;)
